Daily prayer
Daily pooja is performed at the mission at 6:30pm. Anyone wishing to attend the pooja or sponsor pooja, please contact SNGM Executive members.
Weekly activities
Every Wednesday, we run a regular exercise class from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with the support of Newham Council.
In addition to our regular exercise classes, we also offer the following:
- Meditation class: 8:00 AM – 9:00, AM every Sunday
- Yoga: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM, every Sunday
- Zumba class: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (for women of all ages, every Sunday)
Guru Pooja - Monthly
On the first Sunday of every month, we conduct Guru Pooja at 3:30 PM at the mission in East Ham. This is usually sponsored by Guru devotees and their families. Similarly, on the second Sunday of each month, the Croydon Centre also conducts a pooja. The Southall Centre performs pooja every three months, on the third Sunday of the month.

Onam & Onam Sadya
SNGM celebrates Onam along with Guru Jayanthi celebratoin because both come in the same calendar week.
Guru Jayanthi Celebration
Sri Narayana Guru Jayanthi is celebrated on Chathayam day during the Onam season in Chingam month of Malayalam calendar. It marks the birthday of Narayana Guru. Guru Jayanthi is a state festival of Kerala.
